Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your order before shipping or return the product within 10 days of receipt of product.

You must inform us of your decision to cancel or return product by e-mail to: artisan.tech.workshop@gmail.com

A full refund will be processed if the request to cancel is made before the product has been package and postage purchased.

A partial refund (minus shipping) will be offered once the product has been packaged and/or has shipped. The refund will be accepted once the product has been returned to ARG and has been found in original condition.

All refunds (full or partial) will be paid within 30 days per the conditions above.

Returning Product

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning products.

ARG cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
